Bozorth produces high-quality syrups for making sodas and for mixing. In the crowded Portland food market they needed an affordable but professional site that highlights their natural ingredients and hand-crafted quality but which would be unique and stand out. They hired a designer to create their image, from product labels to web site prototype. I then worked with their designer to develop her design into a dynamic web site while preserving the look and feel she intended and keeping the overall project scope on target.
With a new distribution partnership impending, I helped Bozorth identify the core components of the web site so they could go live, while providing a path forward for additional areas of content. As one example, a robust recipe section is a long-term goal, however they did not have the time to produce and photograph dozens of recipes before launch. We chose instead to add recipes to the blog for now, allowing a much more casual presentation and provisioning content for the blog that will ultimately be used to make PR announcements and invite customers to live events.
