JP was referred by a colleague who had taken full time work. JP was the classic “emergency service” client: his sites were suddenly getting charged large overages despite fairly steady traffic. He needed someone experienced who could tackle the problem quickly and would stick with the task until it was accomplished.
JP is a capable technical site owner, so does most of his own theme selection and configuration. He calls me when he needs someone to dig a bit deeper and resolve a bug, get a feature running, or just generally polish the site.
Shasta is smart, responsive and easy to work with. She also works hard to find the easiest (and least expensive) way to solve a problem. I couldn’t run my business without her!
