Kathleen needed a life coaching web site that was simple, luminous, and quick. There was just one more requirement: it had to be absolutely accessible. JP was referred by a colleague who had taken full time work.  JP was the classic “emergency service” client: his sites were suddenly getting charged large overages despite fairly steady traffic. He needed someone experienced who could tackle the problem quickly and would stick with the task until it was accomplished.
